Shutter Island

Up-and-coming marshal Daniels (Leonardo DiCaprio) is assigned to investigate the disappearance of a patient from Shutter Island hospital for the criminally insane. Daniels soon suspects he is the unwitting victim of a twisted plot by doctors whose radical treatments range from the illegal to the downright sinister. When a hurricane cuts off communication with the mainland, more dangerous criminals 'escape' and confusion takes grip of the island. Daniels then begins to doubt his memory, his partner and sanity.

This is OK, I expected it to be better. Unfortunately the main twist is telegraphed a mile away but one little twist at the end makes up for it somewhat. Like Inception, it's a film with an intriguing puzzle but with characters that I didn't care about.
