My son and I travelled from Nottingham to see Kelly Clarkson at the Apollo. We have waited about 5 years to see her and boy was it worth the wait! She is a fantastic singer and performer. She gave her all last night, the band worked so well with her.<br /> <br /> The audience loved the whole show, joining in with practically every song. The standing area on the ground floor was rather cramped and crowded, but looked like there was a great atmosphere going on.<br /> <br /> I will be booking to see Kelly again, if she comes back to the UK. I only hope she doesn't play at the Apollo again, what a dump! The place needs knocking down, its a smelly scruffy hovel. I know I will probably get jumped on for these comments, but as a visitor to Manchester, it was quite a shock to see such a crumbling, delapidated building. I feel sorry for the artists, it makes me wonder what goes through their minds when they pull up outside in their swanky tour buses!!!!!!!!!<br />
