With more staff behind the bar than you can feasibly fit there, you're never waiting long for a top up at Cask. Friendly, relaxed, great drinks: there's only one downside and that's space. There's a very limited amount of it. But welcome to anywhere in Manchester on a weekend - seats are at a premium everywhere come 7pm.<br /> <br /> In Castlefield, 100 yards off Deansgate, it's well placed and tucked enough out of the way to make sure the clientel is young, relaxed and cool. And there's a chippy right next door that's open until late! What more could you want?<br />
