Lovely old school pub with excellent beer and ridiculous range of whiskies. Lots of small rooms and full of charm.<br />

An institution in itself, the whiskey/whisky/bourbon selection, the drama of the difficult monthly quiz, the jam-packed-ness on a Friday after work.<br /> <br /> Somewhere everyone visiting Manchester should go to, I always take tourists here, and have had far too many Cumberland (Jennings) myself on more than one occasion.<br /> <br /> Suitable for a winter warmer by the fire, or a summer swift one in the beer garden, You've got to love the Britons<br />

If you haven't visited this pub, you are in for a real treat.<br /> <br /> Lovely venue, great staff and atmosphere. Excellent beer, wine and spirits and the foods great too, what more do you want.<br /> <br /> City centre at the side of the Bridgewater Hall. pop in for a drink, I bet you stay much longer than that!
