Win a giraffe . . . at Giraffe
CHILDREN visiting family restaurant Giraffe in July and August can win a giraffe adoption package and a family day out at Blackpool Zoo.
Giraffe has teamed up with the award-winning zoo to host a colouring competition for children up to the age of 11 at the restaurant’s branches at the Trafford Centre and Spinningfields, off Deansgate.
Huge hit
Giraffe spokesman said: “We welcome thousands of children and families into our restaurants, especially over the summer holidays, and we know this competition will be a huge hit.”
Blackpool Zoo has three female giraffes and one male, who is just six months old. The family pass entitles two adults and two children to free entry to the attraction.
The giraffe adoption package includes a framed certificate and a picture of one of the zoo’s giraffes, a species fact sheet, an adopter’s lapel pin and an adopter’s pen.
