Haworth wins again
JUST returned from BBC2’s Great British Menu, Nigel Haworth recently celebrated yet another success. As the owner of Northcote Manor in Blackburn, the restaurant’s accolade presented by the British Hospitality Association goes to show that Nigel’s efforts have paid off.
At a major awards’ ceremony, the Mayor of London celebrated his dedication for dishes sourced from local, regional food. Of course, if you fancy heading out of Manchester, The Bull at Broughton is an option for those wanting to discover Yorkshire.
Also under the ownership of Nigel, Yorkshire’s first Ribble Valley Inn remains a strong contender for those seeking not only local cuisine but also a local team.
Proud to be home-grown in more than one sense, managers of The Bull at Broughton ensure your food will be delivered by staff who know the region in and out. And with Broughton Hall estate’s scenery as a next door neighbour, you’ll definitely have a flavour for the region’s gardens.
Either way, Nigel’s touch is clear at Northcote Manor and The Bull at Broughton, both sharing a focus on all things regional.
