Alto, new look at the Radisson
Alto at the RadissonREADERS of these columns will know that our food and drink editor, Neil Sowerby, has never been a fan of the penumbral red Opus One dining room at the Radisson Edwardian Hotel (though the food of new chef Russ may tempt him back soon).
An antidote to Opus One, not a just more casual dining experience but a less stuffy space, is the revamped Alto restaurant.
Michael Attenborough’s design features luscious browns and dark woods – and the menu the likes of red pepper and tomato soup and cottage pie.
