Walrus: wine and wasabi
WalrusVISITORS to Northern Quarter bar and restaurant Walrus can enjoy a matching session on Wednesday November 26, as its trademark Japanese and Thai dishes are served with a selection of fine wines.
Some of the combinations at The Fifth Sense Tasting Session include Prawn and Pineapple Skewers with San Floriano Trentino Pinot Grigio; Three Flavour Fish (salmon, white fish, hot sweet and sour sauce) with Palandri Estate Riesling; and Beef Mussaman (slow braised beef with crispy bits) with Navajas Reserva Rioja.
