The Circle Club

1 / 1 imagesThe Circle Club

THOUGH Citylife fondly remembers the days when birthday parties meant jelly and ice-cream, the legendary Circle Club plans to celebrate its third year in the city with something rather glitzier.

On June 12 (that's next Friday, calendar-phobes), the Circle Club's birthday celebrations kick off with a champagne reception before guests dine in style in the Circle Club's Grade II listed Barton Arcade.

Award-winning head chef Neil Lorenzo is planning to dish up an extra-special three-course meal, and live music will be provided by the Kitchen Band.

Three of the club's best-loved DJs will hit the decks downstairs until dawn, and there'll be a recession-friendly free bar from 10.30pm until midnight. Yes, you read that right. Free Bar.

Tickets cost £20 for members and £30 for non-members. For those of you who want to skip the nosh and get straight to the free bar, tickets cost £5 for members and £15 otherwise.

The Circle Club is at Barton Square, 13 Barton Arcade, Deansgate, Manchester, M3 2BB. For tickets and more info visit www.thecircleclub.com
