Dough rises in the Northern Quarter
DoughDOUGH Pizza Kitchen is the latest culinary addition to the Northern Quarter, promising classic and (naturally) alternative pizzas plus (well this is NQ) a bar linked by an underground passage, called Apotheka, at 75-77 Thomas Street. The artist’s impression promise an attractive space designed by award-winning Paul Astill (Cord, Paradise Factory, Inner Circle.
It launches on November 18.
