What a delight this Exhibition is by Local artist Alan Knight I went to the Preview yesterday evening and even before I got inside the gallery I was enticed with a riot of colour . The night was dark and several yards from the gallery I could see vibrant colours. I peeked through the windows and wasn't disapointed. I was in for a treat. Inside I wasn't disapointed. There were around thirty paintings hung in the Gallery. Bold, expressive land and seascapes painted in oil using only a painting knife. I could see the vibrancy, passion and boldness and thick texture of every mark on the painting. What a joy to see such life in Alan's paintings. Alan has been painting for many years and only now his he becoming an up and coming artist. I am looking forward to becoming a fan of his work and his future Exhibitions
