I had not seen Robert since he left the Bridge. I walked in with a actress friend of mine named Kaite Boltaine. Eyes were every where. The chefs saw me and they predicted what I was going to eat. Tom will have the Blackpudding Potato Cake, then the Roast Sirloin of Beef foloowed by Eccles Cakes with Lancashire Cheese. What can I say the food was wonderful. Kaite had a huge bowl of Leek and Potato Soup. followed by freshly poached salmon and a chocolate Mousse to die for. A great lunch and it was nice to see Jack the Lad again. Well worth a visit. The staff were absolutly wonderful pampering to your every need. My Gastro Pub of quality leading into 2009.
