Because he's bubbling over with so much punk energy that it'd take Rotten, Vicious and Strummer to restrain him.

Lyrically, he's like Alex Turner's less well-read little brother, pinching ideas from his illustrated anthology of children's favourite bedtime stories, while musically this is the guitar equivalent of Battling Banjos - a Clash-like rollercoaster ride through a frankly unhinged piece of dirty skiffle.
