MANC band Elbow have had their most successful year ever - but they're certainly not resting on their laurels.

Ahead of their sold-out shows at Manchester Apollo this October, I hear they're to release a new single.

The Bones of You, which was a fan favourite on the band's sold out UK tour earlier this year and their festival appearances at Glastonbury and Delamere Forest, will be released for download only on September 29.

The band's fourth studio album, The Seldom Seen Kid, is their biggest-selling yet.
