Rosso: The Italian job
ADVERTORIAL
CHRISTMAS might be a time of indulgence, but it’s also the season of goodwill. So what better way to make the most of the festive period and help your fellow man than to indulge in a bellini or two at Rosso, Manchester’s gorgeous new Italian eatery?
Located in Spring Gardens, the restaurant is already proving to be a massive hit with Manchester’s gliterrati and scores more revellers are set to sample the Rosso experience this month.
Order one of the restaurant’s gorgeous bellinis and £2 will be donated to one of three charities: Rio Ferdinand’s Live The Dream Foundation, breast cancer charity Genesis and a children’s charity.
Rosso has a wide array of gorgeous bellinis, including cranberry and macadamia, strawberry biscotti and spiced apple.

WHAT do you give the person who wants for nothing?
How about an Italian-inspired new year to remember?
Spring Gardens’ Rosso Restaurant and Bar is hosting its inaugural New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner and to celebrate, the restaurant will be pulling out all the stops.
At just £85 per head, diners can choose from a wide menu of gorgeous dishes including grilled fois gras with fresh figs, apple and date puree; king scallops wrapped in streaky bacon and ravioli stuffed with lobster.
Main courses range from a sumptuous fillet of beef and Barbary duck breast to steamed turbot and grilled baby pumpkin.
And as the bells ring in the new year, revellers can complete their night out with a mouthwatering desert. Choose from pears poached in port, truffle chocolate ice cream with sambuca or frangipane almond torte with wild, mixed berry compote.
Might as well start the new year as you mean to go on…
