Disbury's WestFest 09 kicks off...

DIDSBURY'S WestFest 09 officially gets underway on Thursday, September 3, with an invite only preview to Lawrence Yusupoff's latest four-day photography exhibition at Didsbury Life. This will be followed by drinks at Folk café bar were all will be welcome.
 
Silver Apples will be doing a late night showing of the cult classic, The Wicker Man on the Saturday night and after dusk, Folk Café Bar will continue their ambient musical extravaganza with Smith & Mudd and Balearic Mike spinning the discs.

Other highlights include a Sunday History of Art lecture accompanied by drinks at The Drawing Room.
