Abba The Show – M.E.N's big Christmas party

WITH Christmas present-planning approaching nearer and nearer, the M.E.N. have clocked on.

From Friday (June 26) tickets for a huge Christmas party at the M.E.N Arena will be up for grabs.

It’s not just any Christmas celebration though – this is Abba The Show, a tribute to a group whose songs still roll out at weddings.

We may not all be their hugest fan, but chances are that those who sing ‘Mamma Mia’ in their car will want to get their hands on these tickets as quickly as possible, especially as original band members will be starring. ABBA’s Lasse Wellander will be live on guitar, whilst Ulf Andersson shows off his skills on the sax.  

From Eurovision musical teething to immense fame, the Swedish cover band ‘Waterloo’ will dramatise the story of Bjorn, Benny, Frida and Agnetha, bringing to music how they reached chart success and a place on the playlist of family parties nationwide.  

All the classics will feature, such as Waterloo, SOS, Mamma Mia, Dancing Queen, Money Money Money and Knowing Me Knowing You.

Added to Abba original members, Swedish cover band, M.E.N Arena, you’ve also got the chance to hear them working with The National Symphony Orchestra of London.
