Twisted Wheel to roll back for free shows
TWISTED Wheel will warm-up for the small matter of three Heaton Park support slots with Oasis, by playing two free shows here this week.
First up, the raucous Oldham trio will play a date with fellow rambunctious indie rockers The View at Moho Live on June 2.
Then, the very next day, the three-piece will play the Arndale Centre branch of JD Sports.
Both are part of NME Radio and Adidas' House Party extravaganza, which will also see 15 winners get a pair of shiny new trainers too.

Led by Jonny Brown, Twisted Wheel's debut LP was recorded in Los Angeles with producer Dave Sardy (Oasis/Marilyn Manson) and was released earlier this year.
A performance on sister station Channel M caught the eyes and ears of one Noel Gallagher and the band have gone on to support Oasis numerous times, which will culminate when they join Kasabian and The Enemy on the bill at the Gallaghers' homecoming shows.
Oasis play Heaton Park on Thursday, June 4, Saturday, June 6 and Sunday, June 7. £45. Call 0844 847 8000.
