Some days, you just find yourself gripped by the revelations on Twitter. Those little niggles that plague people’s minds come flooding out, without a jot of care for the consequences.

The mind-blowing news from rapper Example this week: he doesn’t like pancakes. I know, we had to sit down for a good 20 minutes as well, so we hope you’re not reading this on the go...

We jest, of course, but if Example (aka Elliot Gleave) was more of an open book we wouldn’t be trawling Twitter for titbits to work with. He is, though, something of an enigmatic character: he’s an animated performer, but somewhat surly and secretive in interview.

In perhaps one nugget of interesting Example news, though, he revealed that he is already working on another album – quite exciting, considering excitement about his second album is still running high with a second full UK tour underway.

He hits Manchester tonight before driving headlong into the festival season as one of the staples on the 2011 bills.
