The Colorado Session @ 24:7 Theatre Festival

HIGH-powered lawyer Jacqueline (Harriet Plewis), obviously addled by drugs and grief, is still addicted to absent film-maker boyfriend Ethan (Alan Lane).

When she brings corrupt South African banker Donald (Jeffrey Mundell) back to her flat for a bit of S&M 'fun', it turns out that neither of them have consented to the dark, dirty and painful truths that emerge.

Challenging and uncompromising, Jessica Luxembourg's searing drama is not for the faint-hearted but its darkly poetic style and the committed performances by the leads make for an utterly rivetting, if somewhat daunting, experience for adult audiences.
