City return for Noel?
COULD Noel Gallagher be on his way back to his Manchester roots? Oasis star Noel admits some of his best songs were penned in his hometown, and reveals he hasn't ruled out a return to northern living.He said: "I should have done it maybe five or six years ago, but my daughter's all grown up now and all that.
"But I'd definitely like to go back there to write at some point 'cos I think some of the best stuff I ever wrote was back in town.
"Whether I could live there or not, I don't know any more. I probably could actually."
Noel made his insights to fellow Manc music legend Clint Boon, on the ex-Inspiral Carpets star's new radio show for Xfm Manchester.
