Needing to be in Manchester for several months for work reasons these apartments appeared to be the perfect solution.<br /> <br /> Sadly this was far from the case. A MEMBER OF STAFF OR SOMEONE WITH ACCESS TO THE SPARE KEYS OR MASTER KEYS casually used either the spare key or the master key to enter the apartment I was in, while I was out at work and STEAL all of my portable electrical goods. Ensuring that they locked the door behind them after. For my part I had taken some pictures of the apartment the night before so I had proof that the goods had actually been there then!<br /> <br /> A member of staff actually contacted the police and I was assured that the Management Team would investigate and sort out my claim through their insurance.... after over three months I'm still waiting to hear back. <br /> <br /> The police confided in me that the area was not the safest and the handling of master keys and spare keys at the apartment was non existent. <br /> <br /> Being a single female business woman it was apparent that customer care and security is non-excitant.<br /> <br /> This is all on police record and I guess what to them this is just another crime statistic, I even gave them pictures of the goods stolen as they had been in the apartment but I guess had I violated something in the flat I would have been immediately penalised. <br /> <br /> The staff vary in their levels of customer services to the degree that one of the Management Team decided to insult and run me down to the police officer that was actually attending the apartment to take fingerprints, so unprofessional and very ignorant! The police Officer was horrified with their attitude and told me straightaway.<br /> <br /> Under NO circumstance stay here, if you leave anything in your apartment accept that if someone takes a fancy to it, it will be gone when you get back!<br /> <br /> Please contact me if you want to know if your undecided, I want to save anyone else having to experience what I have by staying here!
