ALONG with the likes of Ken Dodd, burly Cornishman Jethro is one of those true stalwarts of the comedy scene who never seems to take a break from the circuit.

A stand-up for more than 33 years now, Jethro is famed for his story-telling expertise and has a loyal fanbase who continue to turn out in their droves whenever he comes to town.

With a new DVD in the shops (Live at Jethro's - Back of Beyond), Jethro has decided to side step Manchester this time and head north to play Ashton.
